What is
Roll Forming
Roll forming is the process of taking a flat coil of sheet metal and running it through a machine that progressively bends and shapes it into a finished panel profile. Think of it like a pasta machine — flat sheet goes in one end, and a fully formed, ready-to-install panel comes out the other.

In House
Production
Instead of ordering pre-made panels from a supplier and waiting on delivery, roll forming allows panels to be produced on demand — cut to the exact length needed for each specific job. This means less waste, faster turnaround, and panels that fit the project perfectly rather than being trimmed down from a standard size.

Our Roll Forming Equipment
Our roll forming equipment allows us to turn raw metal coil into precise, ready-to-install panels for a variety of applications. By producing everything in-house, we maintain full control over quality, speed, and custom sizing for every project.
